About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Lead Developer with strong experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools like DocuSign and Onit. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in API services, particularly in converting legacy SOAP APIs to modern REST APIs. This role requires a deep understanding of API design, architecture, and integration, along with proficiency in Java development.

Key Responsibilities: ? API Development and Integration: ? Design, develop, and maintain high-performance APIs using Java. ? Lead the migration of existing SOAP APIs to REST APIs, ensuring smooth transition and backward compatibility. ? Utilize tools like Swagger for API documentation and testing. ? CLM Tool Integration: ? Work closely with CLM tools like DocuSign and Onit to implement and manage contract-related features. ? Develop and... integrate solutions that streamline contract creation, management, and execution processes. ? Design and Architecture: ? Lead the design and architecture of scalable and robust backend solutions. ? Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including security, performance, and maintainability. ? Collaboration and Support: ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver seamless solutions. ? Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills:
? Java: Strong proficiency in Java programming and backend development.
? API Services: Extensive experience with SOAP and REST API services.
? Swagger: Knowledge of Swagger for API documentation and testing.
? Design & Architecture: Solid understanding of software design principles and experience in converting SOAP to REST APIs.
? CLM Tools: Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management tools like DocuSign and Onit is a plus.
