What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Lead quantitative research projects from start to finish
• Conduct quantitative research across multiple work streams
• Synthesize and analyze research findings to identify key opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user-centric outcomes
• Mentor junior researchers

What is Required (Qualifications):
• 7+ years' experience as a product researcher
• 4-year degree in Social Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science HCI, or related field
• Expertise in quantitative research methods and tools like R/Python and SQL
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively

• Experience in Quantitative UX Research methods
• Strong storytelling skills from data insights
