The learning manager plays a pivotal role in shaping our... learning culture, empowering our workforce, driving organizational effectiveness, and propelling our Global Business Services (GBS) and Enterprise Transformation (ET) organization to achieve its ambitious goals. Partnering with stakeholders, this role will network across the enterprise with Learning & Development and business unit specific learning professionals, identify learning needs and then design, develop and execute a learning strategy that will build functional capability and meet business objectives.

As a learning manager, you will?

Manage learning and development initiatives for the GBS and ET organization
Create and execute a learning framework and new content to build key capabilities
Create learning journeys and career pathways for talent attraction and retention
Collaborate cross-functionally to enable execution of best-in-class learning tools and programs
Create and maintain knowledge center framework for the GBS & ET organization
Leverage and amplify existing enterprise Learning & Development tools in a relevant and accessible way for GBS and ET partners

Managing learning programs, 5 years
Designing curricula and adult learning and instructional programs, 5 years
Project management, 3 years
Delivering and maintaining learning programs, 2 years
Facilitating groups and delivering presentations, 2 years
