About the team & Opportunity:

innovaTel is looking for both part and full-time (8 - 40 hours) Licensed Clinical Social Workers, LPCs and LMFTs licensed in any state to work with patients across the lifespan in an Outpatient Community Mental Health Center Setting. Accountabilities:
? Perform initial mental health diagnostic assessments with treatment recommendations.
? Develop an individualized, prescriptive treatment plan to fit the needs of each patient using appropriate diagnostic criteria.
? Develop a strong rapport with a diverse set of patients (socioeconomic status, age, sexual orientation etc.) exclusively through the telehealth modality.
? Document concurrently all clinical findings and services provided in the electronic medical record as required by standards of care.
? Participate in treatment meetings, consultation, and collaboration with members of the clinical team.
? Be present and available on-screen for the duration of the contracted hours.

Minimum Qualifications: ? Relevant and active LCSW license in any state(s), or LPC/LMFT license in any state(s). ? Certified and / or experienced in common therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, TFCBT and Motivational Interviewing. ? Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, positive relationship building skills and critical analysis. ? Flexibility and ability to adjust to needs of clinic partners (e.g., same-day appointments, patients in crisis, technology outages, etc.) ? Well versed in using EHRs, confident in a virtual setting and concurrent documentation.

Preferred Qualifications: ? Experienced in caring for patients with Serious Mental Illness. ? Experienced in caring for patients with co-occurring substance use disorders. ? Previous telemedicine experience and skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients. ? Open to becoming licensed to practice in additional states with company cost coverage / support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
