Your Role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist with Daybreak Health, you will:
? Provide Evidence-Based Teletherapy: Deliver virtual therapy sessions using modalities like CBT, DBT, and other proven interventions tailored to each student's needs.
? Collaborate with Care Teams: Work alongside school counselors, teachers, and families to create a holistic support system for each student.
? Focus on Outcomes: Utilize our tools and resources to track progress and adjust treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for your clients.
? Maintain Clinical Documentation: Keep accurate and timely records using our secure EHR system.
? Engage in Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay at the forefront of youth mental health care.

What We're Looking For ? Qualifications: ? Active, independent clinical license in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist). ? Minimum of 1 year experience providing therapy to children or adolescents. ? Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery. ? Strong communication and organizational skills. ? Ability to work during peak demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends). ? Preferred Qualifications: ? Bilingual Ability: Fluency in Spanish or other languages. ? Specialized Training: Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities. ? Educational Experience: Background in school settings or working closely with educational institutions. ? Credentialing: Active NPI number and CAQH profile.
