### Qualifications

Required
? Master's degree or higher in a related field
? Active LICSW, LMHC, or LCMHC license in the State of Vermont (VT)
? Access to the necessary technology including a computer, webcam, and reliable internet, as well as a private and quiet space for session conduct
? A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
? Availability for full-time hours

Preferred
? More than 1 year of experience in areas such as:
? Telehealth
? Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
? Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
? Evidence-Based Practice
? Outpatient Experience

### Key Responsibilities
? Provide evidence-based treatment to a diverse patient population.
? Deliver a variety of mental health services to support individual recovery plans, primarily using telehealth platforms.
? Conduct intake assessments and offer individual, group, and family therapy as required.
? Perform mental health assessments, counseling sessions, referrals, and intervention services.
? Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines.

### Scheduling and Work Environment
? Fully remote with flexible scheduling options.
? Create your own work hours between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), seven days a week.
? Required to work until 8:00 p.m. on two days per week or to complete four-hour shifts on weekends.
? No on-call duties are required.
