Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints via live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with order tracking, product information, and general inquiries
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
• Collaborate with other departments to provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using live chat software and other online communication tools
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Resilient and able to handle difficult situations with grace
• Driven and motivated to exceed customer expectations
• Strong strategic planning and project management skills
