We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Live Chat Officer to join our team at Coca-Cola in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with our customers...

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about Coca-Cola products and services
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Monitor chat conversations and follow up with customers as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate

Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism
