Live Chat Officer - Remote Work
The Live Chat Officer at Walt Disney will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat channels. This role will involve communicating with customers in a professional and efficient manner, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.
Responsibilities...
1. Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Provide information about products, promotions, and services offered by Walt Disney.
3. Assist customers with booking tickets, making reservations, and navigating the website.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints.
5. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for further assistance.
6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy and understanding.
7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and customer relationship management systems. 7. Resourceful and reliable personality traits. 8. Strong teamwork skills. 9. Willingness to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
