Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner through live chat
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and effectively
• Reliable and dedicated work ethic with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in typing and computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• No prior experience required, training will be provided
