Tech One Global is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: ? Respond... to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat ? Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries ? Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members ? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions ?
