We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Greenstar Power, a leading company in the Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing industry. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. Responsibilities: ? Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide... product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve inquiries ? Deliver personalized and efficient service to enhance the customer experience ? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues ? Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers Qualifications: ? 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment ? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail ? Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems ? High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
