Postal Mail Processors must excel in time management, organization, and multitasking skills in order to be successful at their job. Specifically, this means being able to balance multiple demands simultaneously, while also fulfilling USPS quality standards and ensuring customer needs are met.
Position Details:

? The first pay scale may vary between $23.47 to $38.62 per hour, depending on the job and experience
? Jobs that are full-time and come along with benefits offer an overall package worth $72,400 per annum on average

Postal Mail Processor Tasks: A postal mail processor is responsible for sorting and distributing various types of mail, including letters, packages, and parcels. They may also be responsible for processing and tracking certified and registered mail:
? Validating the accuracy of postmark on return receipts to that of certified mail receipt;
? Selling stamps;
? Maintaining vigilance and attentiveness towards any incoming correspondence that comprises classified details when it comes into your possession; taking adequate measures to handle and manage such items securely until they reach their intended destination;
? The task of transporting parcels within a building that houses multiple organizations with common areas on different floors
? Carrying out a range of general office responsibilities, such as answering phones and offering basic customer assistance;
? We provide expert counseling services for individuals or business owners who require assistance with their mailing needs, including forwarding their mail to a different address, placing a hold on delivery, or updating their address.
