In this role, you will:
? Play a vital part in revolutionizing our audit function by identifying and implementing process improvements.
? Develop and execute audit plans, respond to tax authority information document requests, and negotiate audit strategies and results.
? Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify refund opportunities within the audit process.
? Build strong relationships with taxing authorities to resolve outstanding audit issues.

What we're looking for:
? Relevant tax audit and controversy... experience
? Experience managing complex tax audits and audit plans
? A track record of working with tax jurisdictions to resolve audit issues.
? Juris Doctor (J.D.) qualification (preferred) or Advanced Tax or Accounting Degree (preferred)
? Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external partners
? Proficiency in working with big data, complex reconciliations, and new technology
? Proficiency in identifying process improvements
? In-depth knowledge of various states tax laws and regulations and the ability to apply such laws to business operations
? Exceptional Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
? A talent for simplifying complex tax topics and issues for internal and external stakeholders.
? Strong tax research and writing skills
? A passion for tackling challenges and engaging Fortune 1 scale

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field and 2 years' experience in accounting, finance, income tax
compliance, or related area OR 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, income tax compliance, or related area.
