Mass Spectrometry Applications Specialist

A world leading mass spectrometry manufacturer is seeking an accomplished and commercially astute mass spectrometrist to join their team as an Application Specialist.

As a field based technical specialist, your time will be focussed on post-sales support within the omics and imaging customer base.

Your duties will cover the following:

Application support to exploit full capabilities of their instrument investments

Aiding in the development of customer methods and troubleshooting support as required

Performing instrument and method demonstrations

Technical support to the sales team

Provide customer training and support

In addition, you will also attend high profile conferences, presenting technological advancements in the industry.

Applications are invited from accomplished Scientist with a background in LC-MS omics and/or MALDI imaging.

This role is homebased and will involve extensive travel of up to 70% to customers sites across the UK and Ireland.
