What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Manage prior authorizations (PAs) and insurance verification tasks
? Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance payers through phone and email
? Verify patients' insurance coverage efficiently
? Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and insurance providers
? Ensure compliance with attendance policies

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in medical insurance, specifically with prior authorizations
? Experience with Medicare/Medicaid program administration
? Proficient in insurance verification and claim adjudication or medical billing
? Knowledge of ICD-10, HCPCS, or CPT is a significant advantage
? Must have a clean attendance record

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Additional experience in medical billing or coding
? Familiarity with healthcare software systems
? Strong problem-solving skills in a medical insurance context
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to work independently in a remote environment
