Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Education or a related field (Master?s degree preferred). State Teaching Certification (or eligibility for certification).
? Proven experience teaching general education in a K-12 setting (virtual teaching experience preferred).
? Strong familiarity with virtual learning platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, or similar).
? Excellent communication and organizational skills.
? Ability to build rapport with students and foster a positive virtual classroom environment.
? Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
? Tech-savvy and proficient in using educational software and tools.
? Passion for helping students succeed and grow academically
Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience working in an online teaching environment. ? Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and differentiated instruction. ? Certification in additional subjects (e.g., Math, Science, Social Studies, English). ? Familiarity with Common Core or other state-specific curriculum frameworks.
