Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our remote customer support team. As a Netflix Customer Support Representative, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality support to our subscribers. Key Responsibilities:

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and document issues in our internal support systems.
Stay up-to-date on Netflix features, policies, and troubleshooting methods to offer the best service to our customers.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.
Technical proficiency to troubleshoot common streaming and device-related issues.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
