Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus. ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Excellent organizational and time-management skills. ? Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools. ? Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment. ? Previous administrative or customer service experience is a bonus. ?
