We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Virtual Pre-K Special Education Teacher to join our team in providing high-quality, individualized remote instruction for young learners with special needs. In this role, you will help preschool students with disabilities achieve their educational goals in a virtual environment, using evidence-based strategies and interventions to support their academic, social, and emotional development. Responsibilities: ? Provide virtual instruction to preschool students with special needs, focusing on individualized academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development. ? Regularly assess students? progress and adjust instruction and interventions as needed to meet goals outlined in IEPs. ? Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and caregivers to discuss student progress, behavior, and any additional support needed. ? Foster a positive and inclusive online classroom environment that supports student engagement and participation. ? Provide ongoing feedback and support to students to help them develop independence and self-confidence in their learning.

Qualifications: ? Valid Ohio Special Education licensure with endorsement to teach Pre-K or Early Childhood Education. ? Experience working with young children with disabilities, including autism, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges. ? Knowledge of virtual teaching platforms, educational technology, and remote teaching strategies. ? Comfortable using technology to conduct virtual lessons and assessments.
