Overview:

VocoVision is seeking a dedicated and passionate Virtual Special Educator to join our team. As a leader in telepractice services, we provide innovative solutions that connect qualified educators with students in need of specialized education services. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while making a meaningful impact on the lives of students across the country.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and testing to determine students' needs and eligibility for special education services.

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs and learning goals.

• Provide direct instruction and support services to students via our online platform, ensuring engagement and progress.

• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to facilitate a cohesive educational experience for students.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress, services provided, and communications.

Requirements:

• Master?s degree or higher in Special Education or related field.

• Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Special Educator.

• Proficiency in using technology for virtual instruction and assessments.

• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport in a virtual environment.

• Commitment to providing high-quality education and support to students with diverse learning needs.
