Job Summary

As an Onboard Passenger Attendant for Delta Airlines, you will be an essential part of our customer service team, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for our passengers. You will be responsible for providing excellent service, assisting travelers, and maintaining the overall comfort and safety onboard our flights. This is a part-time position offering competitive hourly pay and various employee benefits.

Job Description

In this role, you will interact directly with passengers, helping to create a positive travel experience. From greeting guests at the boarding gate to assisting with in-flight needs, you will be the face of Delta Airlines, representing our commitment to outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome passengers as they board and assist with seating arrangements.


• Provide in-flight service, including meal and beverage distribution.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures.


• Address passenger inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.


• Assist with boarding and deplaning processes.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cabin.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.


• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Educational Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• Additional certifications in customer service or hospitality are a plus.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
