Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments. 4. Monitor online account activity and identify opportunities for improvement or growth. 5. Provide regular reports and updates on online account performance and metrics. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in online account management or customer support. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with online account management platforms. 6.
