Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

AGCO is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and independent, with strong persuasion and project management skills...

Responsibilities:
• Provide online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary
• Utilize knowledge base resources to provide accurate information to customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and improve service quality
• Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements:
• At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in using chat support software and other customer service tools
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
