Online Chat Support Specialist

Provide online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary
Utilize knowledge base resources to provide accurate information to customers
Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and improve service quality
Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in using chat support software and other customer service tools
Experience in project management is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
