Online Chat Support Specialist.
We are seeking a proactive and Online chat support specialist. This role is integral in supporting our call center operations, ensuring that HR processes run smoothly, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via live chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, utilizing available resources and escalating complex issues to higher-level support if needed.
Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system, ensuring thorough records.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any ongoing concerns.
Knowledge Maintenance: Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Feedback Collection: Gather and... report customer feedback and recurring issues to help improve products and services.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance service quality.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate?s or bachelor?s degree in a related field is a plus.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, particularly in online chat support, is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with chat support software, CRM systems, and general computer applications.
Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to clearly and professionally convey information.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle and resolve customer issues effectively.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to manage multiple chat conversations and ensure accurate documentation.
Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
