In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our live chat platform. You will provide real-time support, resolve inquiries, and offer information about our products and services. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, quick thinker, and able to handle multiple conversations in a fast-paced environment.?

Key Responsibilities: ? Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, delivering accurate and helpful information. ? Assist customers with product details, order tracking, returns, and other service-related questions. ? Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience. ? Guide customers through online processes such as placing orders, managing accounts, and handling returns. ? Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate... departments when necessary. ? Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus. ?
