Job Description

Southwest Airlines is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our dedicated team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with Southwest Airlines.

Responsibilities

Requirements

? Previous customer service experience, especially in the airline or travel industry, is a plus.

? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

? Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

? Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

? Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
