Job Description

This role involves collaborative work, relationship-building, proposal writing, budget development, strong presentations, and experience in programmatic fundraising.
Main Responsibilities
? Collaborate with field directors on strategies and opportunities to identify and cultivate principal gift prospects.
? Work with the Mission Advancement team to secure project information, create presentations and proposals, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM.
? Participate in training activities and develop programs to advance revenue development.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
? Experience in fundraising with a focus on individual major and principal gifts (high six-figures and up).
? Knowledge of public health, healthcare, medicine, community health, or scientific research.
? Experience using donor relationship management software such as Salesforce CRM, Blackbaud, Dynamics, and/or Raisers Edge.
