**Job Description:**

As an Operational Excellence Specialist at Disney, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational procedures across various departments, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. You will be tasked with the implementation of Six Sigma, Lean, and other continuous improvement methodologies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance service quality. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and lead projects that foster innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities will include conducting detailed process analyses, developing performance metrics, and facilitating training sessions on best practices and new processes. You will also provide regular reports to management on progress and impact of initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational excellence, project management, and a proven track record of delivering results in a complex, dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Develop and implement continuous improvement projects across various departments.

2. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.

3. Analyze current operational processes and recommend solutions for improvement.

4. Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to align improvement initiatives with strategic goals.

5. Facilitate training and workshops to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.

6. Monitor and report on the performance of implemented strategies to senior management.

7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in operational processes.

**Requirements:**

1. Bachelor? degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

2. Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; Black Belt preferred.

3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an operational excellence role within a large, complex organization.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent project management abilities.

6. Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.

7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

**Educational Qualifications:**

– Bachelor? degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field required.

– Advanced degree or professional certification in project management or quality management is a plus.

**Experience:**

– At least 3 years of experience in operational excellence or similar roles, preferably in the entertainment or media industry.
