Order Management Representative Fully Remote

Our client in the electrical industry is seeking an Order Management Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills , attention to detail and exceptional organization skills which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Order Management RepresentativeLocation: Fully Remote (within commutable distance (100 miles) of Peachtree... • Reviewing and processing sales orders following business guidelines including new order generation and releasing orders to distribution centers
• Escalating order issues to appropriate retail team members
• Run and maintain reporting to assist in appropriate order prioritization
• Serve as a liaison between IT, sales teams and operations
• Provide order management for coverage for Menards, Brokers, Wholesalers and Co-Op Retail customers
What's Needed?
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year experience with order management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Power BI
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
• 1 year experience in customer service
