Job Location: Spring, Tomball, Champions
Work days/Shift Hours: Full Time / Must be able to work weekdays and weekends / 4AM till route is completed
Valid Drivers License Required, Merchandising/Stocking Grocery Experience preferred

Compensation: Up to $25.58 / hour based on experience. Additional local incentives may apply such as an extra week of pay, referral bonuses and more.

Duties and Responsibilities
? Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
? Point of Sale advertising according to the company?s merchandising standards
? Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
? Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
? Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
? Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications
? Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
? Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
? Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
? Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience
? High School Diploma or Equivalent
? No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
