? Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and treat psychiatric patients using evidence-based care
? Proficiency in prescribing medications and psychotherapeutic treatments for mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders
? Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with a multidisciplinary team
? Experience in outpatient practice with a focus on patient-centered care

Responsibilities
? Evaluate, diagnose, and treat psychiatry patients
? Prescribe medications and psychotherapeutic treatments
? Conduct outpatient appointments with 60-minute new and 30-minute follow-up schedules
? Collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, social workers, and therapists
? Utilize Epic electronic medical record system with dedicated behavioral health templates
? Participate in telemedicine opportunities

Qualifications
? Requires MD or DO
? Current unrestricted Texas medical licensure
? Board certification within 3 years of experience
? Valid prescriptive license required

? Medical degree (MD or DO)
? Board Certification in Psychiatry preferred
