Part-time Account Executive for Speak_ (remote)?

Speak_ is the end-to-end pre-qualification and candidate readiness platform. They understand that recruiters face a multitude of challenges, so their mission is to alleviate these pain points through innovative HR solutions. Speak_ evaluates candidates asynchronously, saving hours of sifting through unsorted resumes looking for the good ones. They're a dynamic company focused on solving these critical issues for recruiters. Currently, they are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join their small but growing team. You will work closely with Andrea Guendelman, co-founder & CEO, and a few other team members. You'll handle mostly inbound leads generated from their ads and marketing efforts. In this role, you'll conduct demo calls with prospective clients, follow up with users who sign up for their new 'freemium' product, and help convert them into paying customers. Wanna try yourself? Responsibilities: ? Conduct demo calls to showcase Speak_?s platform. ? Follow up with freemium product users to provide support and drive conversions to paid accounts. ? Assist HR and recruiting professionals in navigating the platform and understanding its capabilities. ? Focus on converting free trial users to paid clients, with a target of maintaining the conversion rate at the current level of 80%. ? Communicate with clients in a clear and professional manner, ensuring their success and satisfaction with the platform.

Requirements: ? Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; a native or American accent is preferred. ? Proven track record in sales, client success, or account management, preferably in SaaS or HR tech industries. If you ever were a recruiter yourself - that?s a plus (but not required). ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships with clients and understand their needs. ? Driven to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proactive approach to following up with leads. ? Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. ? Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms and technologies. ? Excellent organizing skills - you track each step in the system, always check that everything is done on time, never forget about clients and proactively follow them up, always put all the needed information into the needed folders/databases, etc.

Working hours:

To make sure you can work with clients in the US and your team members, we?ll need you to be ready to have an approximate schedule of working between 10 am and 6 pm New York time (you may check the time difference via the link), choosing any 4-hour block within that time range.

? Part-time job (20 hours per week, Monday-Friday). You can combine this job with some other projects that you have.
? Product training will be provided, including demos, simulations, and comprehensive product knowledge.
? Remote work. You may be located in almost any country or city, just need a good Internet connection, a powerful computer to work from, and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule for the team.
? Stability. We consider only the candidates looking for a long-term commitment of 1.5+ years.
