Part-Time HR Consultant

We are currently hiring for a part-time HR Consultant (20-30 hours per week) to join our rapidly growing HR Consulting team. The HR Consultant is responsible for a wide range of HR responsibilities including full life cycle recruiting, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure. In addition, the position is heavily client interfacing and responsible for building strong relationship with... our clients.
We are seeking someone looking for permanent part-time employment, committed to RCR with flexibility in their schedule to work additional hours based on business needs. You will need to work a Monday-Friday schedule to be available for clients but you will have flexible hours. We are not looking for someone seeking part-time employment in addition to other employment

Knowledge/Skills
? 4+ years of general HR experience
? Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
? BA/BS in Human Resources
? PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred
