Part-Time Human Resources Assistant

The Opportunity

Wings Over is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As a Part-Time Human Resources Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions of the Human Resources Department and our brand.

Day In The Life (includes, But Not Limited To)
? Work independently up to 12 hours per week
? Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening resumes
? Utilize Paycor for managing HR-related alerts efficiently (Compliance Warnings, Missing Employee Information, etc.)
? Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources to help complete various projects related to Human Resources in a timely manner (running reports in Paycor, creating spreadsheets, etc.)
? Communicate effectively with employees on all levels of the organization
? Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
? Other related duties as assigned

What You Bring To The Table
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
? Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
? HR experience strongly preferred
? Associates degree in a related field preferred.
? Experience with Paycor Payroll and Recruiting software a plus
? Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant Industry a plus
? Legal authorization to work in the US
