Part-Time Remote Call Center Representative/Customer Service

About the position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work from home and have the flexibility to set your own schedule while assisting patients and caregivers in self-directed Medicaid programs. Your role will involve answering calls, providing information, and helping resolve issues related to payroll services for caregivers. Responsibilities
? Answer incoming calls from patients and caregivers with compassion and professionalism.

Requirements
? At least one year of customer service experience.
