We are expanding our outreach efforts and are looking for a confident, fluent, and proactive caller to join our team as an independent contractor.

Job Overview:

As a Remote Caller and Appointment Setter, you will engage with prospects (both new and past) to schedule appointments. You will use a provided script to make calls via HubSpot, leaving voicemails where necessary. This is a performance-based role, compensated based on the number of calls made, including successful connections and voicemails left. Additionally, you will receive bonuses for sales closed as a result of the calls you make.

Key Responsibilities: ? Follow up with new and past prospects via phone using HubSpot CRM. ? Communicate effectively and confidently using a provided script to set appointments. ? Leave professional voicemails if calls are not answered. ? Ensure all calls are recorded for quality control. ? Submit accurate reports of calls made via HubSpot for billing purposes. ? Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications: ? Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills. ? Comfortable and confident following a script and engaging with prospects. ? Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred but not required. ? Proficiency in using CRM tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus). ? Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace.

Compensation & Contract Details:
? Performance-based compensation, paid bi-weekly based on the number of calls made (including voicemails).
? Additional bonuses for sales closed as a result of calls made.
? Independent contractor position (1099 in the US).
? Candidates will invoice HootBoard monthly, supported by HubSpot call reports.
? Candidates outside the US will be paid as contractors via Wise.
