Key Responsibilities

In your role as an HR Consultant, you will be integral to both our clients? success and our firm's growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
? Collaborating with clients to deliver expert advice on various HR matters, including compliance and recruitment best practices.
? Assessing individual client needs and crafting customized strategies to address their specific HR challenges.
? Supporting policy development, enhancing employee relations, performance management, and compliance auditing, as well as formulating job descriptions that reflect essential duties and qualifications.
? Sourcing candidates across diverse sectors to meet client demands.
? Engaging in both proactive and reactive recruitment efforts, from identifying to presenting candidates.
? Employing creative networking and talent scouting techniques to connect with top talent, including passive candidates.
? Overseeing the complete recruitment process, from job postings through to candidate selection and offer extension.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills to excel in this role:
? Strong consultative and strategic thinking abilities.
? Exceptional interpersonal skills and proficiency in interview techniques, particularly behavioral-based assessments.
? Excellent problem-solving capabilities coupled with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
? High professionalism and a customer-oriented mindset.
? Ability to prioritize effectively, manage time efficiently, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic work environment.
? Proven capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
? Familiarity with recruiting software, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter, coupled with experience in sourcing passive talent.
? Direct sourcing and/or recruitment agency experience is preferred.
? Professional certification in Human Resources is a plus.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications: ? A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on high-volume recruiting. ? A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a closely related field.
