The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company's regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.
Your Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Student for John Deere, you will...
? Develop and run reports on financial performance of John Deere partners and suppliers using Power BI
? Develop a scorecard and compile information on shipment performance and other metrics
? Assist managers with presentation generation, agreements, and assistance with project schedule maintenance
? Support team members around the globe with business oversight
This position is not available to students on immigration visas.
What Skills You Need
? Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or an Engineering discipline; others may apply
? Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S. accredited college/university
? Graduation date of Spring of 2025 or later
? Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
? Available to work during the academic year 10-20 hours/weekly during normal US business hours
? Available to work during the summer semester 20-40 hours/weekly during normal US business hours
? Must be able to periodically travel to Iowa, Illinois, or Kansas John Deere locations
? One year of experience or completed classes with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, or equivalent
? One year of experience or completed classes on financial analysis
? One year of experience or completed classes involving projects, schedules, and timelines

? Experience or coursework with financial analysis
? Ability and interest in generating reports, scorecards, and project plans
? Ability to work independently in a remote setting
