Location & Schedule
? Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
? Hours: Flexible, Part-time
? Walk-in Interview Hours: Monday - Wednesday, 12 PM - 5 PM
? Interview Location: 7324 Southwest Freeway, Suite 1800, Arena Towers Two, Houston, TX 77074 (Visitor parking available in the garage)

? Basic reading, computer, and typing skills
? Understanding of good customer service practices
? Ability to follow attendance policies
? Experience: No prior experience required; paid training provided.
? Age Requirement: Open to applicants 16 years and older.

Flexible Scheduling
? Evening and weekend shifts available
? Choose from shifts ranging from 18-40 hours per week
? Evening shifts: 4 PM - 11 PM (Monday - Friday), 10 AM - 6 PM (Saturday), 1 PM - 9 PM (Sunday)
? One weekend shift required

? Starting pay: (12 per hour ()0.50 premium for bilingual Spanish/English)

Interview Process

Interviews are conducted daily, lasting about 30 minutes, and include basic interview questions and a reading assessment. While walk-in interviews are welcome, scheduled interviews will be prioritized.
