Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Strong problem-solving abilities
? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
? Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

? Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus

Responsibilities
? Answer inbound calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns
? Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide information
? Document customer interactions and update account information accurately
? Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy with customers
? Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
? Assist with training new team members as needed
