Working Hours

Weekends: Saturday and Sunday, Flexible shifts between 8 AM ? 8 PM (EST)

Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
? Assist with troubleshooting technical issues.

? Update customer accounts and records as needed.
? Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues.
? Participate in online training sessions.
