What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Contact patients regarding delivery of equipment, taking patient orders, and verifying patient information
Accurately transcribe patient profiles over the telephone and perform data entry
Process patient orders through the online pharmacy system
Resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipping orders for patients
Troubleshoot problems based on patient input regarding order issues

What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
Strong customer service background
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing
Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with medical terminology
Strong multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail
Self-motivation and organized time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel
Previous experience in a call center or patient care environment
