    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Place and receive phone calls to/from patients to gather payment for medical expenses
  • Collect demographic, insurance, and relevant information from patients, documenting appropriately in internal technology platforms
  • Educate patients on the healthcare revenue cycle and repayment programs to enhance their financial well-being
  • Research and resolve patient questions or concerns using web-based tools and internal platforms
  • Maintain and evolve knowledge of the processes and procedures of the employer's clients
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service capacity
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical/insurance coding and billing
  • Must reside in Wisconsin, Michigan, or Iowa if working from home
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
