Pharmacy Account Manager

Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy clients, serving as their main point of contact for all account-related matters.
Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to grow and strengthen client partnerships, ultimately driving business growth and increasing revenue.
Understand and communicate the full scope of CVS Health's pharmacy services to clients, ensuring they are fully utilizing and benefiting from all offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to provide clients with comprehensive and effective solutions.
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Utilize data and analytics to track and report on client performance and make data-driven recommendations to optimize client partnerships.
Stay informed on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to provide clients with insights and recommendations to improve their business.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client retention and growth goals.
Provide exceptional customer service and serve as an advocate for clients within CVS Health.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth, and contribute to the overall success of the team and company.
