The successful candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills and will be an effective communicator. You?ll also have proven post-qualification experience within a pharmacy environment.

What You?ll Be Doing
? Lead and motivate the Pharmacy team.
? Ensure the pharmacy service is organised and running smoothly.
? Provide support and assistance to pharmacists, technicians, and dispensers where appropriate.
? Provide an excellent level of care to patients within the community.
? Ensure that errors and complaints are handled effectively.

What You?ll Bring
? Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
? MPharm, BPharm, or equivalent.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
? Proven post-qualification experience working in a pharmacy environment.
