What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals utilizing an Opus Health program
• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other means of contact
• Assess user issues and deliver first-level support for problem resolution
• Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate areas
• Work 40 hours per week with multiple shift options available

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Pharmacy Technician experience required
• HIPAA certification required
• Call center experience (3+ years preferred)
• Experience in medical claim processing is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
