What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Advise physician candidates and clients in the academics sector on recruitment processes
? Source and screen physician candidates, building rapport through phone calls and emails
? Present opportunity information effectively and respond to candidate inquiries
? Drive physician marketing campaign efforts while managing the overall recruiting process
? Consult with clients and make recommendations throughout the recruiting process

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience required
? Sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling
? Ability to travel up to 25%
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Positive attitude and a strong work ethic aligned with core values of commitment, integrity, and trust

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Consultative sales experience is a plus
? Experience working within academic institutions or teaching hospitals
