What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Resolve complex consumer issues and provide guidance to first-level representatives
• Assist policyholders with billing inquiries and concerns
• Support policyholders with requested policy changes and recommendations
• Utilize decision-making skills to address consumer concerns effectively
• Maintain adherence to company and departmental guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
• Must be over 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 6 months of call center experience
• Strong logical problem-solving skills
• Availability to work various shifts
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Effective organization and work prioritization skills
